ICC World T20: India, Pakistan match shifted to Kolkata

Kolkata/Mumbai, Mar 9 (IBNS): The BCCI on Wednesday announced the ICC World T20 match between India and Pakistan has been shifted from Dharamsala to Eden Gardens in Kolkata.

"ICC #WT20 2016 - #Ind v #Pak (March 19) match has been moved from Dharamsala to Eden Gardens in Kolkata," the BCCI tweeted.

Pakistan on Wednesday refused to play ICC World T20 match against India in Indian city of  Dharamsala.

The match is scheduled to be played on Mar 19.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided not to play a much-awaited World T20 match against India in Dharamsala scheduled for March 19, sources told Geo News.

"The Pakistani government made the decision after receiving a report from its three-man delegation that 'security is not assured' at the venue," the news channel reported.

India is hosting the current edition of the ICC World T20.
