India take on Bangladesh in Asia Cup encounter

Dubai, Sept 21 (IBNS): After thrashing Pakistan in the previous match, India will take on Bangladesh in a sporting encounter in the Asia Cup 2018 at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium here on Friday.

So far, India won all the matches they have played in the tournament.

India began their Asia Cup journey by beating Hong Kong by 21 runs.

In absence of regular skipper Virat Kohli, right-handed batsman Rohit Sharma is leading the Indian team in the tournament.

Kohli has been rested for the tournament.

India-Bangladesh match is scheduled to begin at 5 pm IST.
