MS Dhoni turns 42: Wishes pour in for 'Captain Cool'

| @indiablooms | Jul 07, 2023, at 07:29 pm

Indian cricket legend and iconic captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is heaped with wishes as the World Cup winning skipper turned 42 on Friday.

Dhoni, who has all the ICC trophies against his name as a captain, quit international cricket in 2020.

However, the former India skipper is still active in the domestic T20 tournament, Indian Premier League (IPL), which he won for Chennai Super Kings for the fifth time in 2023.

Though Dhoni had signalled the 2023 edition would be his last IPL, he kept his fans guessing at the end of the mega tournament.

The 'Captain Cool', who is best known for his calm headed leadership on field, has said he might play another season considering his fitness towards the end of 2023.

On the occasion of his 42nd birthday, former and current players have showered wishes on the icon.

Wishes
