We have total faith on Mahendra Singh Dhoni's captaincy: Patil

Mumbai, Feb 5 (IBNS) Chief selector Sandeep Patil on Friday said selectors have complete faith on ODI and T20 skipper MS Dhoni's captaincy.

"We have total faith on Mahendra Singh Dhoni's captaincy," Patil said.

He said selectors only have the power to choose a player and not direct him on taking decisions on issues like retirement.

MS Dhoni has been selected as the skipper of both the 15 member squad selected for the Asian Cup and the World T20.

India won the three-match T20 series against Australia recently.
