Yogeshwar Dutt confirms medal upgradation

New Delhi, Aug 30 (IBNS): Indian grappler Yogeshwar Dutt may have failed to repeat his London Olympics feat at Rio, where the mega sporting event concluded recently, but he confirmed the upgradation of his Olympic Bronze medal to a Silver, adding another laurel to India's kitty.

Dutt took to Twitter to confirm the news.

He dedicated his new medal, a step-up from his old one, to all the Indian citizens.

Dutta was awarded the second place after Kudukhov, the late Russian grappler tested positive for banned substances, media reports said.
