Afghanistan: Spy agency claims to have killed high ranking Al-Qaeda leader

Kabul/UNI: Afghanistan's spy agency National Directorate of Security (NDS) has claimed to have killed a key Al-Qaeda commander Abu Muhsen Al Masri in the turbulent Ghazni province.

National Directorate of Security(NDS) tweeted, "As a result of NDS special force unit operations in Ghazni province and Al Qaeda key member for Indian subcontinent, Abu Muhsen Al Misry were killed."

Al-Masri who was Egyptian by birth was on FBI most wanted list and was directing the terror outfits operations in the Indian subcontinent.

Afghanistan's Defence Ministry and government officials from the Gajni province are yet to issue an official statement regarding this matter.
