Afghanistan: Traffic mishap kills 15, injured 35

Kabul, Sept 21 (IBNS):  A traffic accident in Bakwah district of western Farah province of Afghanistan left at least 15 people dead on Friday, media reports said.

The incident left 35 others injured.

Governor’s spokesman, Naser Mahri, told Pajhwok Afghan News the incident took place in Pozak area of the district on Kabul-Herat highway around 5am this morning.

He told the Afghanistan-based news agency that the bus was moving from Farah province to capital city Kabul when it crashed with a truck.

The injured people were rushed to a hospital for treatment.
