Dera Ismail Khan, Pakistan, Jan 19(IBNS) Four suspected militants were killed in drone strike in northwest Pakistan on Monday.

Reports said the drone fired two missiles that hit a compound in the Shahi Kel area of Shawal valey in North Waziristan, near the Afghanistan border.

It is said that the number of dead may go up.

The attack came a month after 134 school children were massacred in the worst Taliban strike in Pakistan.

Last year, 25 attacks in Pakistan killed up to 186 people, including two civilians, according to the Bureau of Investigative Journalism.
