A heart-warming moment was caught on camera when world leaders sang 'Happy Birthday' to wish German Chancellor Olaf Scholz in Italy where they had assembled to attend the G7 meeting.

The video showed UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, French President Emmanuel Macron, Italian Prime Minister Georgia Meloni, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and later US President Joe Biden teaming up to wish the German leader.

The video has now gone viral on the internet.

Italy's Apulia hosted the G7 Summit this year with top world leaders, including Indian PM Narendra Modi, attending it.

Scholz has been serving Germany as the Chancellor of Germany since December 2021.
