Iran now doesn't have enough of this material for even one bomb: Obama

| | Jan 18, 2016, at 03:37 am
Washington, Jan 17 (IBNS) US President Barack Obama on Sunday said Iran does not have enough material to make a bomb.

In a significant move, international sanction on Iran was lifted on Saturday after the International Atomic Energy Agency verified that the country has completed the necessary steps under the Iran deal which will ensure its nuclear program is and remains exclusively peaceful.

"First, yesterday marked a milestone in preventing Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon," The White House quoting Obama tweeted.

" Iran now doesn’t have enough of this material for even one bomb," he said.

"If Iran tries to cheat—if they try to build a bomb covertly—we will catch them, " the US President said.

Obama said every single path has been cut off that Iran could have used to build a bomb.
