Pakistan protests against blasts targeting churches

Lahore, Mar 16 (IBNS): A day after twin blasts targeting churches in Lahore city left 15 people dead, the Christian community protested against the attacks in various cities of Pakistan on Monday, media reports said.
In Lahore, a person was killed and two others were injured as a woman, who was driving a car, crashed into the protesters. They were blocking the Ferozepur road in the city when the mishap occurred.
 
Mourning against the incident,  all missionary schools remained closed in the city.
 
"Meanwhile, troops of Rangers paramilitary force have reached to disperse angry protesters, blocking roads and burning tyres in Ferozpur Road area of the Punjab capital," Geo News reported.
 
Twin blasts rocked the Roman Catholic Church and Christ Church at Lahore's Youhanabad area in Pakistan which left at least 15 people dead and 70 others injured on Sunday.
