Pakistani boy asks Imran Khan to fix economy first and then think about Kashmir, video goes viral

Islamabad, Sept 3 (IBNS): At a time when the relationship between India and its neighbouring nation has touched a new low over the scrapping of the Article 370, a Pakistani boy's video has gone viral online where he could be seen advising his Prime Minister Imran Khan to first focus on developing its economy and later on issues like Jammu and Kashmir.

The boy said Pakistan should try to make its economy more stronger.

He said that strengthening the country's economic condition will also make international bodies giving more importance to Pakistan's stand on different issues.

"India is lobbying around the world and making itself heard. Until Pakistan improves its economic condition and even matches its heft with India, we (Pakistan) cannot make our issues stand globally. Kashmir issue will not be solved till the time Pakistan doesn't defeat India economically," the young boy was quoted as saying in the video.

The relationship between India and Pakistan deteriorated this year since the Pulwama attack took place on Aug 14.

Last month, the Indian government scrapped the Article 370 which is used to give special status to Jammu and Kashmir.

The Relationship between the two nuclear-armed neighbours deteriorated further following the move.

Amid bilateral tension with New Delhi, Pakistan has skipped the United Nations (UN) Summit on combating desertification and restoration of land which is hosted by India.

Though Pakistan snapped several bilateral ties over New Delhi's move, India maintained Kashmir is its internal matter, a stand widely acknowledged by several other nations.
