Quebec, Sept 26 (IBNS):A small plane crashed along the Mouchalagane River in northern Quebec on Sunday.

According to Air Medic, Quebec’s air ambulance company, two people were killed in the crash and one other person is in a critical condition.

Air Medic spokesman Aziz Fikri says the survivor suffered severe burns and was taken to hospital in Sept-Iles.

However, Quebec provincial police could not yet confirm the number of dead people or how many people were on board.

The site where the accident happened is not very easily accessible, yet two military aircrafts are sent to the site.

Police and Air Medic have also sent helicopters, however police said the choppers were unable to land nearby.
