Gambhir guides KKR to easy win over Delhi Daredevils

New Delhi, Apr 20 (IBNS) Kolkata Knight Riders' captain Gautam Gambhir scored 60 runs during his team's run-chase against Delhi Daredevils to help his side beat the home team by 6 wickets here at the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium on Monday.

Yusuf Pathan, who scored 40 off 26 balls, was the other star among the KKR batsmen. He hit 6 fours and 1 six during his knock.

Gambhir smashed 8 fours during his knock of 60.
 
It was Gautam Gambhir's 26th half-century in the Indian Premier League.
 
A lacklustre batting performance by Delhi Daredevils saw them getting restricted to a relatively low total of 146 runs in the first innings.
 
Manoj Tiwary, who scored 32 runs, was their highest scorer followed by Angelo Matthews(28).
 
Piyush Chawla, Umesh Yadav and Morne Morkel picked up two wickets each for Kolkata Knight Riders.
 
This was KKR's third win of IPL 2015.
