Kushinagar: In the presence of a high-level Sri Lankan delegation, Indian PM Narendra Modi on Wednesday inaugurated the Kushinagar International Airport in Uttar Pradesh and described the initiative as a tribute to the devotion of Buddhist society across the globe.

New Delhi/IBNS: After the Union Cabinet gave its approval for declaration of Kushinagar Airport in Uttar Pradesh as an International Airport, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday said it is a 'great news' for the state where tourism opportunities will get a boost.
