Juvenile accused in Mumbai mill rape convicted

Mumbai, July 15 (IBNS) Amid a raging debate on whether juveniles accused of rape should be treated like adults, two juvenile accused of the gang-rape of a photo journalist in an abandoned mill in Mumbai last year were convicted by the Mumbai Juvenile Justice Board on Tuesday.

Mumbai, Apr 3 (IBNS) In a landmark judgement, a Mumbai court has held guilty three men accused of raping a photo journalist inside an abandoned mill in Mumbai last year August and charged them under the amended stringent anti-rape laws under which they can face death sentence.
