Punjab government declares state mourning after train mishap

Ludhiana, Oct 20 (IBNS): A day after 60 people, who were standing on railway tracks, were crushed to death when a train ran over them as they were watching the burning of Ravana effigy, the Punjab government ordered a state mourning on Saturday.
