New York, Apr 6 (Just Earth News/IBNS): Chronic malnutrition in Rwanda have fallen significantly in the last three years, but still remain stubbornly high, especially in rural areas, finds a new study conducted over three years by the Rwandan Ministry of Agriculture with support from the World Food Programme (WFP).

New York, May 9 (IBNS): Wrapping up a mission to Pakistan that included time in the country's tribal region, where the protracted suffering of the displaced is "heart-wrenching," a senior United Nations humanitarian official on Thursday stressed the need for more support to millions of people affected by insecurity, natural disasters and chronic malnutrition in the country.
