Pakistan Army chief Qamar Bajwa-led delegation meets Ashraf Ghani

Kabul, June 12 (IBNS): A  Pakistani delegation led by the Chief of Army Staff of Pakistan General Qamar Bajwa met Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani on Tuesday, media reports said.

Presidential spokesperson Shah Murtazwi told Afghanistan's Khaama Press that President Ghani met with the Pakistani delegation in ARG Palace today.

He told the news agency the two sides discussed the implementation of Afghanistan Pakistan Action Plan for Peace and Solidarity as well as the fight against terrorism.  

Last month, Afghan delegation led by the Afghan National Security Advisor Mohammad Hanif Atmar visited Pakistan.

The delegation visited Afghanistan for bilateral talks with Pakistan, reports said.
