Nirbhaya's nurse reportedly gang-raped, New Delhi, Sep 10 (ANI): In yet another serious crime against women, Delhi Gangrape victim Nirbhaya's nurse has allegedly been gang-raped in Punjab. Reacting to this, BJP leader Sambit Patra said that it was a deplorable incident and strict action should be taken. SP leader Naresh Agarwal said that increasing crime against women is a sign of bad governance. Congress leader Barkha Shukla said that immediate cognizance should be taken in the matter and action should be taken against all the accused. Govt to remove LoP post from Lok Sabha, New Delhi, Sep 10 (ANI): Since the absence of Leader of Opposition is becoming a hurdle in the appointment of the CVC and CIC, the Government will be very soon taking a conclusive decision on the removal of LoP from the Lok Sabha. Reacting on the Government's proposal, Congress leader Manish Tewari said that instead of removing the post of LoP why doesn't the government tell the speaker that Congress is the biggest opposition party and that it should get the post. Court issues summons to Subramanian Swam New Delhi, Sep 10 (ANI): BJP leader Subramanian Swamy on Wednesday was summoned by a local court in connection with a defamation suit filed by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalitha. Swamy said that the court has not investigated into the matter before sending summon and added that in the end he will sue Jayalalitha for the damages.
