Watch: Pahlaj Nihalani evades question o New Delhi, Feb 24 (ANI): Evading the question surrounding the certification of award-winning film 'Lipstick Under My Burkha', Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) chairman Pahlaj Nihalani on Friday refused to comment on the row, saying he will not talk about it in his personal office. The Central Board of Film Certification has refused to certify the film stating that the story is "lady oriented" and "their fantasy above life". Several B-Town celebrities, including filmmaker Shyam Benegal, Ashoke Pandit and actor Farhan Akhtar condemned the CBFC decision of refusing to clear the award-winning film. 'Lipstick Under My Burkha', which speaks about the aspirations of women, is directed by Alankrita Shrivastava and produced by director Prakash Jha. Shyam Benegal, Ashoke Pandit condemn CBF New Delhi, Feb 24 (ANI): Host of celebrities, including filmmaker Shyam Benegal, Raza Murad, Ashoke Pandit and director Vivek Agnihotri, on Friday condemned the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) decision of refusing to clear the award-winning film 'Lipstick Under My Burkha'. These projectors are more environmentally friendly compared to conventional mercury lamp projectors. The high-resolution and environmental friendly projectors can make the users' life more exciting and convenient. In Japan, many infrastructures like the bridges are getting old. NEC has been conducting experiments to enhance the efficiency of the maintenance of bridges in the country. NEC's maintenance staff has been examining old bridges to make repairs by using efficient system. The engineering staff identifies the damage and diagnoses it with adequate technique. The process of repairing the road is to install sensors on it to measure the vibrations of the cars passing through above at all times. The movement of the concrete structure will be displayed via visual data. While the road appears to be a neat waveform when it is normal, when deterioration progresses, it becomes irregular and the shape changes randomly. NEC is targeting to implement this technology by 2018. In Tokyo, where the residents consume 70 per cent of the electricity in all of Japan, efforts are being made to create a society that uses hydrogen, the next generation's energy with no CO2 or exhaust gas emissions. No more opportunities in USA, says India New York, Feb 24 (ANI): As the uncertainty looms over the approval of the H-1B visa by the President Donald Trump, Indian-origin students in the United States have expressed their concern about non-approval of a work permit, stating that the lack of clarity is only increasing their anxiety. According to an Indian origin student pursuing masters, one of the biggest concerns is the proposed hike in minimum salary required to apply for an H-1B visa. The student said that rumours have surfaced of an increase in minimum salary. Most companies do not offer such a huge amount when it's your first job, whichever industry it may be. While another student said at this point in time, students are feeling more welcomed in countries like Japan, Australia and Canada. Police baton charges students caught che Malda (West Bengal), Feb 24 (ANI): The police on Thursday baton charged youth in public who were found cheating during the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) English examination in Malda district. The police lathi charged the copy suppliers at the Kalindy High School under Manikchok block of Malda district. The incident occurred when the police tried to prevent some youth who were passing copies to the candidates in their examination centres. Resulting in which, the youth started pelting stones on police which also injured a few of the men in uniform. Watch: Two fireman killed, three injured New Delhi, Feb 24 (ANI): Atleast two firemen were killed and three other suffered serious injuries after an LPG cylinder exploded in Delhi’s Vikaspuri area on Friday.
