Framework Agreement does not compromise New Delhi, Feb 23 (ANI): Centre's interlocutor for Naga Peace Talks, RN Ravi, on Thursday said the framework agreement signed between the Centre and NSCN-IM is a one page document which tells about the broad parameters about a settlement and does not compromise the territorial integrity of Manipur or any other state. When asked about why the agreement is not made public, Ravi said it is not the final agreement and they do not serve half-cooked meal.
