Huma Qureshi becomes first Indian actres New Delhi, Feb 23 (ANI): Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi, who is all set to make her debut in Hollywood, was recently in London to promote her upcoming film Viceroy’s House, directed by Gurinder Chadha. Besides, the actress received an interesting invitation and it was really special for her. Huma was invited to the Facebook headquarters in UK, which made her the first Indian actor to visit the Facebook headquarters. The actress visited the Facebook office and also spoke about the film. She was given an office tour first by the team followed by a live chat. An excited Huma said, “I am glad that I’m the first Indian actor to visit the Facebook headquarters in London. To be invited there is an honour and I feel privileged. A family of four British nationals who fondly call themselves as the overlanding family have travelled 35 countries by road in a span of three-and-a-half-years and are now exploring India. Driven by their passion to travel, the couple - Steve James Snaith and Gilly Susan Snaith along with their daughters Alisha Kate Snaith and Lucy Emma Snaith set off on an adventurous journey from England in 2013, traversing borders before finally reaching India in December 2016. Talking about their experience, his wife Gilly Susan Snaith said they loved meeting different people during their journey. So far, the family has travelled to Canada, United States, Mexico, Central America, South America, South Africa, Australia and South East Asia. Army Polo Championship 2017: 61 Cavalry New Delhi, Feb 25 (ANI): After a thrilling series of matches, the Army Polo Championship that kicked off on January 31, concluded on Friday, with 61 Cavalry bagging the trophy against Army Service Corps (ASC). Lieutenant General R.V. Kanitkar presented the trophy to the winning team in a ceremony presided by many seniors army officials. Groom booked for dowry after he goes mis Rewari (Haryana), Feb 25 (ANI): In yet another shocking case related to dowry, a groom has been arrested in Gurgaon for not showing up in the last few hours of the wedding. The groom, Pradeep, and his family have been harassing the bride's family by demanding cars, cash and many other expensive items for dowry. Bride's brother Surendra said all the necessary preparations were done but on the eve of wedding, groom's family claimed that Pradeep had refused to get married and have gone missing. Assam Police apprehend 3 members of mili Kokrajhar (Assam), Feb 25 (ANI): The Assam Police, in a joint operation with the Indian Army, arrested a Kamtapur Liberation Organisation (KLO) terrorist, along with his two aides, from Assam's Kokrajhar. The arrests have been made after the terrorist group had issued a notice, instructing Hindi-speaking and Bengali-speaking people to vacate the region. Several ammunitions were also recovered from the accused.
