Mumbai, Jul 31 (UNI) The Rupee on Wednesday declined by 6 paise to 68.94 in the opening trade on rising demand for US Dollars by bankes and importers, dealers at the Forex Market said.
The local unit was seen under pressure in early trade because of strong dollar against other world currencies, along with weak opening in stock market.
The domestic unit registered intra day high and low at 68.95 and 68.84, respectively.
