Indian market: Sensex down 334.54 pts
Mumbai/UNI: The BSE Sensex on Tuesday tumbled down by 334.54 points to settle at 38,963.84 on panic selling in IT services major Infosys along with profit-booking in IT, Telecom, Auto, Industrial stocks.
The National Stock Exchange (NSE) too dropped by 71.95 points to 11,589.90.
The Sensex registered day's high and low at 39,426.47 and 38,924.85 points respectively.
The Nifty recorded day's high and low at 11,714.35 and 11,573.65 points respectively.
