Apple authorised first reseller store launched in Howrah in West Bengal
Kolkata/IBNS:Residents of Howrah and its neighbourhood, who want to buy Apple's products, now do not have to travel all the way to Kolkata as the US multinational company has launched its Authorised Reseller store, iDestiny, at Avani Riverside Mall.
iDestiny is the largest partner for Apple in eastern India.
Sumit Nagal, a rising Indian tennis star, inaugurated the store in the presence of Vijay Dugar, Director, iDestiny.
The store will feature Apple's full line of products, including iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11, iPhone XR, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iPad Pro, iPad Air, iPad 7th Generation and Apple Watch Series 5.
"This is our first point of sale location for iDestiny and the first Apple authorised reseller in Howrah and Kolkata. Our focus is on customer experience which will be driven through availability, serviceability, reliability, and affordability," said Vijay Dugar.
According to the company, this store will not only offer start to end support to its customers but also run various EMI and buyback schemes which will enable buyers to purchase products in easy monthly installments.
Installment schemes start from a period of three months and go up to a duration of two years.
There are also special offers available for students and business consumers along with various festive offers.
iDestiny also has an E-Commerce website where customers can purchase the products available in the stores and get it delivered directly to their home.
Besides the brand new store in Howrah, iDestiny has existing stores in Bhubaneshwar, Patna, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, and Guwahati.
