PTC Foundation Trust extends support to underprivileged children

New Delhi, Jan 28 (UNI) PTC Foundation Trust under CSR funding support of PTC India Ltd, has extended their support to the New Delhi based NGO, Sunaayy Foundation.

Observing the genuine efforts of changing lives of underprivileged street children, PTC Foundation Trust has decided to continue their support as a part of their CSR Initiatives till August 2020.

Sunaayy Foundation founded in 2009, has been operating in the thematic areas of education and human rights. It seeks to create a future of hope for under-served children, women and their communities by helping them to build their skills and resources to reduce their vulnerability in a sustainable way.

'The phenomenal increase of parents who wanted to send their children to our learning centres with PFT’s support is overwhelming,' said Richa Prasant, Founder of Sunaayy Foundation.

In short, just through the eyes of a small to medium sized non-profit in Sunaayy, more corporate funding drastically changes the impact this sector makes to the society at large, according to a statement here on Tuesday.

Hence these efforts from the corporates need to be stepped up with more focus on the activities that they so believe in.
