Mumbai/UNI: The Rupee on Wednesday slipped by 21 paise to 75.84 in the opening trade on rising demand for US dollar by bankers and importers, dealers at the Forex market said.
The local unit was seen weak because of firm dollar against all other world currencies.
The domestic unit registered intra day high and low at 75.88 and 75.79, respectively.
The Indian currency was seen weak, in spite of strong opening in stock market, the dealers added.
