Mumbai/UNI: The Rupee on Wednesday jumped by 16 paise to 75.34 in opening trade against the US Dollar on the selling of the US dollar by bankers and exporters, dealers at Forex Market said.
The local unit was seen firm for another day today because of the weak US Dollar against other world currencies amid rebounding equity market in early trade.
The domestic unit registered intraday high and low at 75.53 and 75.31, respectively.
