ICICI Securities appoints Nilotpal Gupta as Head of Data Science Unit
New Delhi: ICICI Securities (I-Sec), India’s leading retail-led equity franchise, distributor of financial products, and investment bank, today announced the appointment of Mr. Nilotpal Gupta as the Head of its Data Science Unit, taking another step in the direction of strengthening its data and analytics acumen.
Nilotpal Gupta, who has over 20 years of extensive experience in analytics and related roles in the financial services and technology industry, was previously the Director of Analytics and Information Management at Citi. He is a Computer Science engineer from Madras University, Chennai.

Gupta has expertise in data engineering, data architecture, descriptive/predictive analytics, data visualisation, and other similar segments in addition to analytics. He has also held leadership positions at companies like Bajaj Finance, Mindtree, Accenture and Wipro.
