Kolkata/IBNS: Kolkata-based real estate company Merlin Group threw a fashion show “Fiesta” at Merlin 5th Avenue to celebrate the residential project's completion and to mark the formal handover of possession.

Sixteen residents of the Merlin 5th Avenue had been groomed to walk the ramp clad in Indo-western attire.

Actress Priyanka Sarkar graced the celebration as the showstopper for Fiesta.

Highlighting the group's latest project, MD for Merlin Group Saket Mohta said, “Merlin 5th Avenue was my dream project as we envisaged it as a fashion condominium named after the most expensive fashion high street beside Manhattan in New York City."

Merlin 5th Avenue is a fashion condominium on Mahisbathan, Near Sector V.

"With offices, restaurants, malls and some of the greatest landmarks of the city within a stone-throw distance, Merlin Fifth Avenue boasts of lifestyle apartments with uncluttered views of a stunning 1,000 Acre natural lake," he said.

"Merlin Group is also coming up with a host of new projects in Sector V and New Town in the near future and we will always deliver class married with quality,” he added.
