IDBI Bank’s Gold Loan Book crosses Rs 10,000 cr mark
IDBI Bank’s Gold Loan Book has crossed the Rs 10,000 crore landmark.
In the last two years, the bank’s Gold Loan Book has doubled from Rs 5,000 crore to Rs 10,000 crore, it said in a statement on Tuesday, describing the growth as a prestigious milestone.
The bank attributed the growth in its Gold Loan Book to its fully automated Loan Processing System.
"Customers complete the transactions generally in 10-15 minutes," it said.
