Kolkata, Bengaluru/IBNS: Kolkata based cloud kitchen ‘edabba’ has entered the Bengaluru market through collaboration with Mukanda Foods.

Founded in 2019, edabba is a chain of cloud kitchens that specialises in individual and customisable meal boxes.

The company also owns the ebowl brand, which offers Indian and Chinese bowl meals.

The company which runs six kitchens in Kolkata has started with four kitchens in Bengaluru, some of them in partnership with food-tech firm Mukunda Foods.

Beginning with two kitchens in Electronic City and Bellandur, they will subsequently launch two more in Indiranagar and Mahadevapura, the company said in a release.

Said Vedant Pasari, founder, edabba, “With two successful brands under the edabba banner (edabba and ebowl), the company is ready to expand its operations and launch more cloud kitchens pan-India. We intend to become a household name for ordering delicious meals at a reasonable price with over 100 kitchens across the country by 2024.”
