Maruti Suzuki collabs with IOC on loyalty programme

New Delhi/IBNS: Maruti Suzuki has collaborated with Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) for its loyalty program – ‘Maruti Suzuki Rewards’.

The partnership will strengthen the value proposition of the Maruti Suzuki Rewards programme for its customers, by providing benefits pertaining to convenience and value across almost 35,000 IndianOil fuel stations across the country, a statement from the company said on Wednesday.

Senior Executive Officer (Marketing and Sales) at Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. Shashank Srivastava said, "Continuing with the core thought of customer centricity, the partnership with IndianOil will further strengthen the Maruti Suzuki Rewards program and enrich our seven million plus Maruti Suzuki Rewards customers with higher benefits."

Executive Director for Retail Transformation at IndianOil Sandeep Makker said, "This partnership will give us systematic inroads and help us increase penetration into the passenger car segment and transform the fuelling experiences."

"By developing proper synergy, both the partners can blend their valuable expertise and resources to create seamless and distinct offerings for their customers," he said.
