The 20-minute conversation is with John Mathew of the Kochi-based firm which is into artificial intelligence and machine learning, being incubated under Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM).
Themed "How to Build a Great AI Assistant", the interaction was done in the wake of nine-year-old Riafy having recently used its advanced conversational AI capabilities to create one of the world’s top customer experiences for Federal Bank.
