Experion Developers foray into commercial development with 'Milestone Experion Centre'

Kolkata, Aug 27 (IBNS): Experion, a real estate developer, has entered into an agreement with Milestone Ventures to develop a commercial project at the landmark location of 32nd milestone on National Highway-8, Gurgaon.

Located on the main highway, the commercial center will be developed over approximately four acres of prime licensed land parcel, having total built-up area of approximately 40,000 sq.mt.

The twelve storied multi-user commercial development targeted to USGBC (United States Green Building Council) LEED GOLD rating is aimed to offer retail and commercial spaces with all requisite amenities.

Speaking on the development Hemant Tikoo, Chairman, Experion Developers Pvt. Ltd said, “We are excited to foray into the commercial space which represents another milestone in distinguished progressive journey of Experion. The project is envisaged to be of international standards and will provide distinctive eminence and conveniences to its occupants.”

Further commenting on this alliance, Anubhav Sharma, Chairman, Milestone Ventures said, “We are delighted to partner with Experion in developing a landmark commercial destination. We are confident that the premium infrastructure and unparalleled accessibly of "Milestone Experion Centre” will make it the preferred commercial hub in Gurgaon.”
