India ranks 130 in ease of doing business report released by World Bank

Mumbai, Oct 28 (IBNS) : In a report published by the World Bank, India stands at 130th position in the list of 189 nations in the ease of doing business.

India has jumped up by 12 spots in the list.

"Some countries that improved Doing Business rank over 10 places last year. Bhutan, Kenya, India, Uzbekistan, Cyprus," World Bank’s Chief Economist and Senior Vice President Kaushik Basu tweeted.

Singapore topped chart in the annual report ‘Doing Business 2016’ .

China stood in the 84th position while Pakistan tanked 138th among 189 nations.
