Everest Group analyzed the capabilities of 18 leading Digital Service providers, specific to Application and Digital Services for Global Market.
These providers were mapped to Everest Group’s Performance, Experience, Ability Knowledge (PEAK) Matrix, which is a composite index of a range of distinct metrics related to each provider’s capability and market success.
TCS was recognized for its investments in thought leadership, delivery capabilities, broad technology portfolio, strong domain knowledge, resources commitment and rigor in service delivery.
