Tata Housing unveils final phase of Avenida in Kolkata

Kolkata, Dec 21 (IBNS): After the successful launch of Avenida at Rajarhat in Kolkata, Tata Housing, a real estate company, announced the launch of its final phase on the 13 acre land parcel.

The new Tower of its luxury residential development comprises of an exclusive 3 BHK Condominiums starting from 1460 sq.ft. to 1635 sq.ft.

The 26-storeyed “Elegante” is spread across 2 acres, and is integrated with retail space and playground of over 14,000 sq.ft.

"The project launched in 2013 is already running ahead of its schedule and has witnessed an appreciation of over 50 percent since its launch. Strategically located in the Central Business District area of New Town, Rajarhat, Kolkata, Avenida is untouched by the hustle-bustle of the city and opens up for a contemporary lifestyle for its residents," a company statement claimed.

On this occasion, Brotin Banerjee, MD & CEO, Tata Housing said, “We have witnessed an overwhelming response from our consumer in Kolkata. With more than 80% inventory sold off in the current phases, we are pleased to announce the launch of 'Elegante' at Avenida which draws its inspiration from the deep-rooted colonial urban history of Kolkata city. The launch of “Elegante” is in line with our endevour of creating landmark project in Kolkata.”

Banerjee further added, “In the current market scenario, there is an increase in demand for products that are driven by end users and this is where we see “Elegante” fit in the demand of our prospective consumers."
