Bank of Baroda inaugurates NRI Help Desk in Mumbai

Mumbai, Feb 3 (IBNS): Under Project Navodaya, Bank of Baroda, Mumbai Zone, recently inaugurated the first NRI Help Desk at Nariman Point Branch in Mumbai.

The NRI Help Desk was inaugurated by Mayank K. Mehta, Executive Director, Bank of Baroda in the presence of the bank’s valued NRI customers and staff members.

Bank has conceptualized to set up Special NRI Desk at various NRI Centric branches across the country in order to give a delightful experience to its customers.

The platform would used by the Bank to proactively reach out to NRIs with bouquet of products and services as well as updating them with latest market trends, changes in RBI guidelines and its impact on their investment decisions.

Executive Director of the Bank, Mehta, while addressing the audience shared that Bank of Baroda is the largest Public Sector Bank in India, with operations spread across 26 countries with 107 overseas branches serving many NRIs for generations.

He also briefed the audience about the functionality of the NRI Help Desk and assured a pleasant experience while doing business with the Bank.
