Jet Privilege bags nine awards at 11th customer loyalty and customer engagement awards

Mumbai, Feb 23 (IBNS): JetPrivilege, Jet Airways’ award winning frequent flyer and Loyalty rewards management programme, won nine key accolades at the 11th Customer Loyalty & Customer Experience Awards held at the Taj Lands End in Mumbai last week. 

The wins highlight JetPrivilege’s continued success in providing all its members including the airline’s frequent flyer guests with the most unique and rewarding lifestyle experiences as well as engagement opportunities.

The frequent flyer programme of the country’s premier international airline was bestowed as the winner in the following categories: Best Use of Innovation in Loyalty Marketing, two Best Use of Contests/ Promotions in a Loyalty Program, Best Promotional/ Shopper Marketing Campaign, Best Use of Gamification to Enhance Loyalty, Best Use of Data Analytics in Predictive Modelling, Best Use of Direct Marketing in a Loyalty Program, Best Customer Experience Award of the Year: Banking and Best Use of Innovation to Enhance Customer Experience.

The Jury for the judging process comprised of renowned business leaders from the field of Customer Loyalty and Marketing. Nominations submitted by different companies were evaluated by the jury members with the final winner per category being adjudged basis an overall consensus.
