Kolkata, Aug 3 (IBNS) — Deloitte, a large professional services organization, has launched Season IV of ‘Maverick’, its signature industry-academia connect programme.

A popular event in B-Schools across India, Maverick has doubled its reach to more than 100 B-Schools this season.

The programme connects with students across campuses using an engaging business simulation format. This year over 15,500 students have registered to participate in Maverick.

“This unique programme is designed and developed to help create a future workforce that is skilled and trained to succeed in a corporate organization. With more schools than ever, Season IV of Maverick gives us an exclusive opportunity to access talent beyond our regular hiring,” said S.V. Nathan, Senior Director and Chief Talent Officer, Deloitte India.

“Millennials have a spark that can be disruptive and engaging, and programmes like the Maverick help Deloitte to continue to benefit from their fresh thinking,” he added.
