Muhurat Trading: Sensex up 354.77 pts

The equity market maintained its gaining streak intact on the Muhurat Trading on Sunday as the BSE Sensex rallied 354.77 pts at 65,259.45, the beginning of Samvat 2080.

The National Stock Exchange (NSE) advanced 100.20 pts at 19,525.55.

There was a special trading was held between 1815 hrs and 1915 hrs.

The Sensex registered days high and low at 65,418.98 and 65,218.60 pts respectively.

The NSE posted days high and low at 19,547.25 and 19,510.25 pts respectively.

All the stocks were ended in green.

The Mid Cap rose by 0.67 pc and Small Cap by 1.14 pc.

In 30 scrips, 28 advanced while 2 declined.

The gainers were Infosys went up by 1.41 pc to Rs 1388.05, Wipro by 0.96 pc to be 382.90, Asian Paints by 0.78 pc to Rs 3099.95 and TCS by 0.77 pc to Rs 3358.35.

The losers were Sun Pharma by 0.06 pc to Rs 1178.55 and Ultracemco by 0.05 pc to Rs 8716.
