Rupee falls by 3 paise against USD
Mumbai, Feb 27 (UNI/IBNS) : The Rupee on Wednesday fell marginally by three paise at 71.11 against the US Dollar in early trade on rising demand for the American currency by bankers and importers, dealers at forex market said.
Firm dollar against other currencies overseas kept the local unit down in early trade.
A major fluctuation was seen in the local unit as it recorded intra-day high and low at 71.12 and 70.93 respectively, they added.
