Mumbai, Mar 7 (UNI) The Rupee on Thursday ralied by seventeen paise at 70.08 against the US Dollar in early trade on brisk selling of US Dollars by bankers and exporters, dealers at forex market said.
Weak dollar against other currencies overseas kept the local unit up in early trade, dealer said.
A major fluctuation was seen in the local unit as it recorded intra day high and low at 70.12 and 69.95 respectively, they added.
