Mumbai/UNI: The BSE Sensex on Friday rallied further by 392.08 points to 64,472.98 in the opening session as buying was seen across the board.
The stock market remained strong for another session today as renewed buying was witnessed across the board.
The National Stock Exchange (NSE) rose 111.30 points to 19,244.55.
The Mid Cap rose by 0.51 pc and the Small Cap by 0.88 pc.
In 30 scrips, 24 advanced while 6 declined.
The gainers were Tata Motors by 1.85 pc to Rs 648.55, Tech Mahindra by 1.42 pc to Rs 1131.70, ICICI Bank by 1.40 pc to Rs 932.10, Sun Pharma by 1.13 pc to Rs 1144.65 and Titan by 1.07 pc to Rs 3235.50.
The losers were Tata Steel by 0.59 pc to Rs 117.46, NTPC by 0.38 pc to Rs 234.30, IndusInd Bank by 0.30 pc to Rs 1456.55 and Nestle India Ltd by 0.24 pc to Rs 24,055.85.
