SVLL Connect places order of 2,000 cars to Tata Motors

Mumbai / Kolkata, May 14 (IBNS): Tata Motors on Wednesday announced that SVLL Connect Pvt. Ltd., a group company of Siddhi Vinayak Logistic Ltd., has placed a record order of 2,000 passenger vehicles, spanning one year.
One of the largest companies in the rapidly growing road transportation sector, the order is SVLL Connects single largest in the personal passenger carrier segment, the company said.

SVLL Connect’s order will comprise of Tata Motors luxury sedan, the Manza, the Indigo eCS, with a majority of the order placed for the new Aria utility vehicle. SVLL Connect will ply these vehicles over inter-city routes.

According to Deepak Baid, Director, SVLL Connect, “As one of the largest companies in the road transportation space, we at SVLL Connect are keen to cater to the demand from large families, corporates and individual travelers, having placed an order with Tata Motors for 2000 passenger vehicles. The rapidly growing long-haul personal transportation space has a specific demand for spacious, comfortable vehicles and Tata Motors passenger vehicles provide just that, coupled with reliability and overall performance. With this order we are confident of providing the SVLL customer with an unparalleled service experience.

Ranjit Yadav, President, Passenger Vehicle Business said, “We at Tata Motors have signed a pact with SVLL Connect to deliver 2,000 passenger vehicles within a year, with this being a single largest order having been won, despite stiff competition from global and local manufacturers. Starting May 2014, SVLL Connect will commence taking delivery of these vehicles.
