1 killed, 6 trapped in lanslide in Jammu Kashmir's Kishtwar
Kishtwar (Jammu Kashmir): One person has been killed in a landslide at a power project in Jammu and Kashmir's Kishtwar and six rescuers, who had gone to the tunnel soon after, are trapped, media reports said.
Union Minister Jitendra Singh said more rescuers have been sent to the site and all efforts are being made to bring out the trapped people.

“The JCB driver, unfortunately, died on the spot. The rescue team of about 6 persons, deputed to the site after the incident, has also got unfortunately trapped under the debris,” Singh tweeted.
“Further assistance, as required, being provided. I am in constant touch with the District administration,” he added.
