5.5 earthquake hits Nepal, no casualty
Kathmandu, Nov 28 (IBNS): An earthquake measuring 5.5 on the Richter Scale hit Nepal on Monday, officials said.
As per the IMD website, the earthquake's epicentre was located at latitude 27.7 degrees north and longitude 86.4 degrees east.
The earthquake, which hit the Himalayan nation at 5:05 hrs local time, was termed as 'moderate' by the IMD website.
The quake hit at a depth of 10 kms.
No casualty has been reported so far.
