New Delhi/IBNS: An earthquake measuring 3.4 on the Richter Scale hit Chamoli district in Uttarakhand on Sunday, officials said.
The epicentre of the quake was located on the latitude of 30.4 degree North and longitude of 79.73 degree East, India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
The earthquake hit at a depth of 10 kms.
The earthquake hit at 7.50 pm.
No casualty has been reported so far.
